This report analyzes the civil society sectors in nine countries: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Serbia, and Ukraine. This 26th edition highlights the challenges and developments faced by CSOs in 2022, particularly in light of the Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine, which significantly impacted the region's socio-political landscape.
