Another post featured an AI-edited image depicting a person associated with the account “Sayyad AlGhazlan,” previously referenced, appearing to take a selfie with a woman candidate (Figure 21).49 The
woman was shown with exaggerated physical features and portrayed as distributing aid, with the
candidate's name fabricated — confirmed by cross-referencing with the official candidates list —
representing visual manipulation to misrepresent a real individual.

An AI-edited video targeting the candidate Nisan Al-Zaer, in which her image is manipulated to show
her selling fish (Figure 22).50 The video is accompanied by the caption سبحان مغب االحوالframing the
visual in a sarcastic and mocking manner. The content relied on digital manipulation to present a
degrading and misleading portrayal of the candidate with no reference to her political activities or
campaign. The account was subsequently deleted.
